Shipping Information

All orders are safely delivered by a secure valid tracking system.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options(Standard/Economy/Express). 

Shipments vary widely from country to country. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

(If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.) 

Business days are monday-friday, excluding holidays within each country. 

Our handling time(Processing time) is about 3 to 5 days.

You can check shipping information(Carrier, Tracking ID, Media of Packing Process, Shipping Speed, Notice, Status, etc.) at "My Orders" on Korealy. 

 

Shipping Speed, excluding handling time(3-5 days)

  • Standard : 7-21 days
  • Economy : 5-7 days
  • Express : 3-5 days

*There are slight differences depending on the country.

*Express Service to Australia typically takes 1 week.

*Please note that when shipping via express courier, additional charges may apply for certain special or remote regions in specific countries. If an order is placed, we will inform you directly in advance.

Standard Shipping – DDP Available Countries (as of 2026)
We fully cover taxes & duties for orders shipped to the countries listed below.
No extra payment is required upon delivery.

The EU countries that previously offered DDP service have now been changed to DDU terms, excluding Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden. Standard shipping is also no longer available for some EU countries.

In addition, EU customs rules have changed to a fixed-duty system. For goods valued at EUR 150 or below, recipients in EU countries will be required to pay a fixed customs duty of EUR 3.

For Belgium, Austria, Finland, and France, the seller’s IOSS number is required for Standard shipping services. Currently, shipments may still be processed without an IOSS number as this is a transition period. However, this requirement may become mandatory at any time without further notice, so we kindly ask you to prepare in advance. Please enter your IOSS number in the company field. If the IOSS number is not provided, the shipment may remain on hold and cannot be processed.

 

Required Information By Country

In some countries, personally identifiable information of the importer is required. (This is subject to change.)

Argentina: ID Number (Cuit/Cuil, DNI, Passport no.)
Chile: VAT/Tax ID
India: VAT/Tax ID + Passport / Voting ID / Driver's License / PAN (Permanent Account Number) and Authorization Letter (POA)
Brazil: CNPJ/CPF Tax ID
Turkey: For goods or prices of 22 euros or more, the details are mandatory for this consignee type. (VAT/Tax ID item) / Individual-TR ID Number
Bermuda: Supplier's original invoice or proof of purchase

 

Special Notes

Korealy don't have any trouble shipping worldwide. Don't worry about it. But, it may be delayed several days in some countries.

*Cosmetic products can only be shipped to Spain using the standard shipping method. Additionally, standard shipping is only available to mainland Spain, excluding the following postal code areas: [35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx]. Cosmetic products cannot be shipped to Spain via economy or express shipping.

*Philippines-Standard & Economy : Available

<Post Code starting with 1~, Other areas> : Long-term Delay

Therefore, when you place a new order, please check your shipping area and post code.
If your customer's Postcode is like that, you can select standard & economy shipping speed. But, if not, you should select "express" only.

*US-Economy/Express : Available only in this area-Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, MP, AS
We can only ship packages to this area with Economy/Express shipping service. It's not available to ship with Standard shipping service. Also, you should pay the extra shipping charges manually. Please contact us before checkout.

*Please note that shipments to US APO military bases are only available through the US Economy shipping service.

*The standard shipping service to Europe (excluding France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland) does not allow the shipment of food or supplements. You will need to choose economy or express shipping for these items.

 

Offer Media of Packing Process

All packing courses will be photographed. Korealy will send them to you to ensure the safe arrival of products.

 

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is included in the shipping cost for eligible shipments.

Korealy provides protection against the risk of physical loss or damage to shipments from external causes during transportation, subject to the applicable carrier’s policy and the shipping service used.

This protection helps provide assurance that your purchases may be covered in the event of confirmed loss or damage in transit. Please note that coverage, compensation limits, and claim procedures may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method.

 

Lost Shipment Policy

If a shipment appears to be lost, we will first submit an official investigation request to the carrier.

Please note that delays, lack of tracking updates, or customer claims alone do not qualify as confirmed loss. Compensation can only be reviewed after the carrier has completed the investigation and officially confirmed the shipment as lost.

The compensation amount and process may vary depending on the shipping service used and the carrier’s policy. Once the shipment is officially confirmed as lost, we will provide further guidance based on the applicable compensation terms.
